Returns And Refunds
Our return policy is really clear. Within 14 days of you receiving your products, you can return them unopened for a refund of the product price. Open vials, makeup and blisters are not returnable. Once makeup and products have been opened we cannot accept them back under any circumstances.
Once unopened returns are received you should expect a refund within 1-2 weeks.
Shipping and transit fees are non-refundable.
