Shipping & Returns

Shipping Destinations, Options and Rates

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your country is not available to ship to through our website, please feel free to contact us at support@tinsleytransfers.com and we'll be happy to help you place the order.

 

United State Postal Service (USPS)

First Class Parcel - 5-10+ business days

Priority Mail - 2-3 business days

Express Mail - 1-2 business days

Firs Class Mail International - 12-15+ business days

Priority Mail International - 7-10+ business days

Express Mail International - 3-5+ business days

Federal Express (FedEx)

Ground Home Delivery - 4 or less business days

Express Saver - 3 business days

2 Day - 2 business days

Standard Overnight - 1 business day (next day before 8:00 pm)

International Economy - 4-5 business days

International Priority - 2 business days (most countries)

 

Our shipping rates for many items we sell are calculated based on weight, but rates can be affected dramatically by item dimensions and quantities. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Shipping Policy and Guidelines

Our shipping policy allows up to 48* hours to fulfill (package and label) any and all online orders, however we typically fulfill orders within 24 hours.

*48 hours does not include weekends and holidays, just normal business days, M-F.

Note: The fulfillment date does not guarantee or indicate your order will be shipped the same day. Please see below for specific details on order cut off times and pick up times.

If same day shipping is vital, you will need to call us directly to notify us of your order so that we can check into the possibilities. (See below)

TinsleyTransfers.com offers FedEx and USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping options. Online orders will have a drop down menu of choices to choose from. 

~ FedEx order cut off is 1:00 PM PST for same day pick up. 
We offer FedEx Ground up to International Priority options.
FedEx offers tracking on all of their shipping options.
• FedEx Shipping Refunds - In the event your package is undelivered, or rejected and sent back to Tinsley Transfers, we may be able to refund your shipment costs if it was placed through FedEx.

~ USPS order cut off is 8:00 AM PST for same day pick up - although not guaranteed during times of heavy volume.
If you choose USPS as a shipping option, your order will likely be picked up and shipped the next business day. 
• First Class Parcel Mail does not offer a tracking number, therefore you ship at your own risk when choosing this option. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, especially around the holidays. International orders can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to over a month to be delivered to you if you choose USPS First Class Mail.
• USPS Priority & Express offers tracking, however status is only updated when the postal service receives the package to scan, not while en route.
• USPS Shipping Refunds - In the event your package is undelivered, or rejected and sent back to Tinsley Transfers, we cannot refund your shipment costs if placed with USPS.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the value paid, however every return will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund based on the total value being returned.

Note: Specific Extra Large Tattoos like the Cherry Blossom, Tribal Shark, and The Phoenix, may not be returned due to typical damage found upon return, making the items unsalable to future customers.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you checked out as a guest, you may contact us at support@tinsleytransfers.com to request a return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). This will be determined necessary on a case-by-case basis.

 

When should I expect my refund after I've sent my return?

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
